You all know I am a #spiritualgangster at heart and I’ve loved bringing spirituality into my mental wellness journey as well as my motherhood journey. We aren’t talking organized religion in this episode, although that may be YOUR spiritual soul driver where you will still connect with today’s episode in so many ways. Our total wellness embodies so many different pillars: nourishing foods, daily movement, and the warmth of your spirituality. My connection to my spirituality has definitely helped me connect not only to the higher powers out there, but also to my inner power, strength, and connection to my mental healing as a mother. So when I found a person who brought spirituality into Life Coaching, I was instantly intrigued. Today I bring you an incredibly interesting guest, Melissa Giller. Friends, we talk about some seriously cool (bleep!) and I had a really hard time closing out our conversation.
